Located in the Famagusta area of Southern Cyprus is Aiya Napa and our self catering studio apartments are situated within 750 meters of crystal clear Mediterranean sea.

Fully re-developed in 2008 the accommodation comprises of first/second floor large studio units set in landscaped grounds and furnished to a high standard, sleeping space for up to 4 people - 1 double bed, comfortable sofa-bed and an additional temporary inflatable bed, the kitchens are equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine, table/chairs and the living area’s have tv/dvd, internet is available.

Properties have Air conditioning/heating. Sorry no pets, wheelchair unfriendly. No lift.

Both have balconies where smoking is permitted and from the communal hallway have access to a main roof garden with bbq and sun lounging area’s. There is a swimming pool with outdoor showers and separate wc’s.

This small development with it’s allocated parking accessed via a remote control gate is located within walking distance of a range of local shops, bakeries and supermarkets, Banks, McDonalds , Kentucky fried chicken and burger king, not mentioning numerous bars, restaurants and steak houses. The harbour is close by and Fish is widely available. Meze’s are the best way to cover all tastes being a selection of types of either meat or fish.

The Monastery post office, museum and the main town are all only a few minutes walk. Larnaca airport is around 45 kilometres and Transfers can be arranged please ask for a price. This area has an abundance of water sports available, bungee jumps, diving, golf and even skiing in the Troodos Mountains can be arranged. Car/scooter hire available. The world famous Aiya Napa nightlife is on your doorstep. Nissi beach and one of largest water parks in Europe are about 1.5 miles. Protaras and Paralimni are both 3-4 miles.
